Who is responsible

Declance operates this website and can be contacted at the privacy email shown below. Our public delivery presence is Zürich, Switzerland and Kraków, Poland.

02

Project enquiries

When you send a project enquiry, we receive the information you enter: your name, work email, the type of help or service you are interested in, your project description and, if you choose to provide it, budget or timing information.

We use this information only to assess and respond to your enquiry, discuss a possible engagement and maintain the related business correspondence. The website does not intentionally use enquiry content for advertising profiles.

03

Analytics & performance

We may use Vercel Web Analytics for aggregated, privacy-focused traffic measurement and Vercel Speed Insights for website performance metrics. Vercel Web Analytics is designed without third-party tracking cookies and does not provide Declance with personally identifying visitor profiles.

We do not add advertising pixels or behavioural marketing trackers as part of the current website build.

04

Hosting & service providers

The website is hosted on Vercel. When project-enquiry delivery is enabled, an email-delivery provider may process the information required to deliver the enquiry to Declance. Service providers process technical or message data under their own contractual and security arrangements.

05

Retention

Enquiry correspondence is kept only for as long as it is reasonably needed to respond, manage a potential or active business relationship, and meet applicable legal or accounting obligations.

06

Your choices & rights

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights relating to access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection regarding personal data we hold about you. Contact us using the privacy email below to make a request.

07

Cookies

The current site does not use advertising or behavioural-marketing cookies. If future features introduce non-essential cookies or tracking technologies, this notice and the consent experience will be updated before those features are activated.
